Our Vision

We believe every child and young person deserves to feel safe, valued, and understood, no matter their background or past.

At Victory Park, we help pupils rebuild confidence, enjoy learning again, and prepare for a positive future whether that means staying with us or returning to mainstream school.

Our Mission

We give children and young people a fresh start when mainstream school hasn’t worked out.

At Victory Park, we:

  • Provide a calm, caring and consistent environment
  • Support pupils from age 5 to 16, across primary and secondary
  • Use a therapeutic approach, helping pupils manage emotions and behaviour
  • Offer personalised learning, so each child can make progress at their own pace
  • Work closely with families, mainstream schools, and other professionals
  • Focus on helping pupils return to mainstream education wherever possible
  • Believe every child deserves the chance to belong, learn and succeed

Our Ethos

We believe that relationships are everything because without connection, nothing else works.

At Victory Park:

  • We put relationships first, alway
  • We understand that behaviour is communication
  • We build trust and belonging with every child and family
  • We hold high expectations, while offering care, safety, and consistency
  • We support children to grow emotionally, socially, and academically

“You are seen. You are safe. You can succeed.”
